Patient Feedback Survey results
Over the past few months we have been asking you to complete a feedback survey to gauge your impressions of our service delivery and quality of care.
We received responses from 180 patients and the results are in!
- We are so proud to report that 97% of all patient ratings about our Practice were good, very good or excellent.
- Your responses indicated you are happy with our customer service, the quality of our Medical staff and are confident in the medical advice provided to you by our staff.
You also provided some useful feedback and suggestions. You asked and we listened!
- To reduce waiting times, we kindly request that patients book a long appointment if you have multiple things to discuss; and that you book a sperate appointment in advance, for each family member you need to be seen. This helps us ensure our Doctors run on time and avoids a lengthy wait.
- To improve the comfort of our waiting areas, we are replacing our old chairs, with newer, more comfortable chairs. We are also about to commence a major renovation which will add further consultation rooms and allow us to expand our current waiting area.
- To improve your access to appointments when our phones are busy, you can now book appointments online, using the HOTDOC app. We are also investigating a new phone system that will allow us to queue calls and avoid patients having to call back.
