As you are aware, we operate a very busy clinic with all our Doctors working at capacity, every day.

In order to best serve our community and our most vulnerable patients, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 2 hours’ notice if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. This allows us time, to offer your spot to another patient.

Patients who fail to attend, or fail to provide sufficient notice of cancellation will receive a letter by mail, advising them of our non-attendance fee policy.

Appointments can be cancelled via phone, or through the HOTDOC app. You can also cancel from your SMS appointment reminder, which is sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

After two warnings, a $50 fee will apply and must be paid prior to any further appointments being made. Access to HOTDOC online appointment booking will also be restricted for patients who routinely fail to attend their appointments.
